Tuition & Fees

Our goal at New Life Christian School is to provide an excellent education while keeping tuition as reasonable as possible. Tuition only covers part of our operating expenses at New Life.

The 2026-2027 Tuition & Fees schedule is as follows:

Tuition can be paid in full at the start of the year or over a prescribed period, depending on grade level, with no interest charged. Tuition payments made by credit card will incur a monthly processing fee.

Students entering their senior year are placed on a 10-month payment plan, and preschool students are placed on a 9-month payment plan. Tuition for all other students may be paid on a 12-month payment plan.

Financial Aid and/or Tuition Assistance may also be available to eligible Kindergarten through 12th-grade students, usually after being enrolled for a year. The application is accessible via the FACTS Family Portal under the FACTS Financial menu. Parents will be notified in June if they are awarded any aid.

Families with more than one child enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 12 are eligible for a multi-child discount. The second child enrolled receives a 10% discount, the third a 20% discount, and the fourth a 30% discount. (Homeschooled students are not eligible for discounts.)

Academic Testing Fee – $50

All students applying for Kindergarten will be assessed. Some students may be required to take admissions tests before enrollment at New Life or for other assessment purposes. The fee for these tests is non-refundable. All test fees are payable on or before the day the tests are administered.

Application Fee – $100

This fee is due upon submission of a student application. This processing fee is non-refundable.

Registration Fee – $300

This fee per student is due upon finalization of the initial enrollment contract and is non-refundable.

Reenrollment Fee – $300

This fee per student is due annually. A $50 Continuous Enrollment discount per student will be applied if reenrollment is finalized by the end of December each year. The fee is billed in February and is non-refundable.

Withdrawal Fees

If a student withdraws on any date after the Continuous Enrollment Contract is signed, an early withdrawal fee per student will be charged. The early withdrawal fee for Preschool-12th Grade is $750, and for homeschoolers, it is $250.

Athletic Fees – Middle School $185 / JV $235 / Varsity $285

Charged to students who participate in an extra-curricular team sport, these fees are non-refundable and payable when the athletic director officially accepts the student for participation in that sport. The fee applies to each sport in which the student participates.

Extended Day Program – $16 per hour / $4.00 per-quarter hour

New Life Christian School offers an Extended Day Program for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Fees vary based on the duration of care required. The before-school program begins at 7:45 am. The school buildings will open to students at 8:00 am. Any students arriving before 8:00 am will be taken to before-school care and charged accordingly. The school day ends at 3:20 pm. Students are to be picked up no later than 3:30 pm. Any students remaining at 3:30 pm require supervision by our Extended Day Program staff and will be charged accordingly. Extend Day Care closes at 5:00 pm. Students picked up after 5:00 pm will incur a late fee of $8.00 per quarter hour.

There is no Extended Day Program for preschool students. Preschool students picked up after 3:30 pm incur a $15 per-quarter hour late fee.

Late Charges for Delinquent Payment

Our online tuition payment processing system assesses a $15 late fee for each of three attempts at collecting tuition. Once three attempts have been made, the student may be prohibited from attending school until the balance is paid or satisfactory arrangements are made.

Incidental fees not paid on time will be charged an initial late fee of $10 followed by an additional $10 fee for every month left unpaid.

End-of-year report cards and/or student records will not be released until all financial obligations are paid in full.

Homeschool Hybrid Fees – Per Class $1,300 / AP Class $1,400 / Dual Enrollment Class $1,400

A $100 application fee applies, with a $100 registration fee per class, with a three-class maximum.
