Parents

Our strong belief is that the home-school partnership is crucial. Throughout the year, there are a variety of avenues for parents to be involved in activities at the school. These opportunities allow parents to engage with the faculty and staff and to meet other fellow parents.

Parent involvement has proven to be critical to student success for children of ALL ages. At NLCS parents are able to be involved in the education of their children on a number of different levels, depending on their time and availability. With the involvement of many the work will be lighter.. Most parents find themselves helping in the classroom, chaperoning field trips, assisting the concessions team, serving at PTSF and/or other activities, or with the school’s extra-curricular events. Get involved as much as you can as your gift of time and talent enriches the overall educational experience for all our students. Also, please inform our PTSF if you have a special volunteer ability or would like to serve in any area!

Parent-Teacher Organization (PTSF)

The New Life Christian School Parent-Teacher-Student Fellowship promotes a sense of community and school spirit throughout our school community through numerous events and programs. It is composed of all New Life parents, administrators, teachers and students, and is run by parent volunteers with oversight from the administration. The PTSF president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer comprise the Executive Committee.

PTSF Executive Committee 2019-2020
